課程概述

This course adopts a whole-language approach and continues to sharpen students’ language inquiry skills they need to use in academic contexts. While listening and reading are two major areas of training, speaking and writing are also incorporated to extend students’ language experiences beyond the scope. The instructor encourages students to explore different ways of English learning to achieve their individual goal of language proficiency.

課程目標
By the end of the course, students will be able to (1) listen to and comprehend interdisciplinary topics; (2) read about topics on a variety of issues; and (3) sharpen critical thinking through use of languages.
